We’re a tiny team of obsessive spaniel parents, and we’re here to make sure your experience is as smooth as a freshly brushed pair of floppy ears. If you can’t find your answer below, just give us a shout — nothing is too much trouble when it comes to fellow spaniel mums and dads.

Shipping & Orders

How long will my order take to arrive?

All items are printed on demand in the UK.

• Production: 2–4 working days

• Delivery: 2–5 working days
  Most orders arrive within 5–7 days, but during busy seasons (like Christmas… or peak muddy-walk months), it may take a little longer.

How are products packaged?

Your t-shirts and hoodies are shipped in secure packaging to keep them safe, dry, and spaniel-muck-free on their journey to you.

What couriers do you use?

Our UK print partners typically ship with Royal Mail or Evri, depending on the item and destination.

Do you have a physical shop?

Not yet — we’re fully online so we can keep prices fair and focus on creating new designs for spaniel parents everywhere.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your item is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link straight to your inbox so you can follow its journey (and tell your spaniel when their parcel is arriving).

Returns & Refunds

What’s your returns policy?

If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it.
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed products within 30 days of delivery.

How do I return something?

Just email us and we’ll send you the return instructions. Easy.

How will I know you’ve received my return?

We’ll email you as soon as it arrives and process your refund or exchange straight away.

Sizing & Stock

I’m not sure about sizing — what should I do?

Every product page has a size guide with measurements. If you're between sizes, we usually recommend going up one for a comfier, dog-walk-friendly fit.

The product I want is sold out — will it come back?

Most likely, yes! Many designs are restocked and some are seasonal. Feel free to message us and we’ll let you know when it’s returning (or if you’ve just discovered a future bestseller).
